Robert Campbell won an FA Cup winners medal while with Bradford City in 1911. Campbell began his career at Meadowside, playing over 200 games for Thistle.

Stuart Deans recently discovered the original architects plans for Meadowside, at the Mitchell Library.
Thistle moved to Meadowside in 1897 after announcing plans to leave Inchview in November 1896.
